EEDA is supporting businesses that have to make redundancies during these tougher times.

Their Response 2 Redundancy programme provides advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to those employees at risk. The objective? To give those individuals the best possible chance when they re-enter the jobs market.

Their programme works in tandem with Jobcentre Plus’ Rapid Response Service and links to
the Learning and Skills Council's redundancy projects. The programme makes sure that
people who face redundancy are given the right help to move them back into work as swiftly and pain-free as possible.
