We are very lucky to have renowned artist Steve Higton come to our studios to teach our Watercolour classes, Steve is known for his landscapes in the UK and America. The class
is designed to encourage the nervous beginner, advance the technique skills of improvers whilst at the same time keeping their individual styles. Whether you are 20 or 80 years old, you will found them to be fun, informative, working in a no pressure, relaxed environment.

Tuition in basic watercolour techniques are demonstrated and you go home with completed paintings. With a maximum of 6 students on the group courses, there is time to give each student individual attention and tuition.

Although Steve paints predominantly in oils these days, he started his artistic journey as a child painting in watercolours. Over the years he has mastered the art of producing watercolours that shine with vitality, light and colour. He hopes to inject his students with the excitement of painting in this very versatile medium by dealing with tone, colour, light and shade.
